Abbey Road is a friendly and caring primary school and is part of the Equals Trust. Our children are enthusiastic and well-behaved learners who really enjoy coming to school.
Do you enjoy working with children? We have a vacancy for reliable, child-centred Midday Supervisors to join our team of dedicated lunchtime staff who work to support children with their lunch and to ensure the safety and enjoyment of their playtime. Sometimes, the duties of a Midday Supervisor include working with and supporting an individual child on a more 1:1 basis.
Due to current arrangements, lunchtimes are staggered and run at different times for each year group so timings will vary slightly – e.g., 11.45am to 1pm or 12pm to 1.10pm daily. Exact times will be confirmed upon appointment.
We welcome applications from people who are well-organised, conscientious, and caring, with good behaviour management skills. Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities would be desirable but not essential. Training will be provided to support the successful candidates.
Closing Date: 22nd September 2023
