The South Wolds Family of Schools is looking for an experienced teacher and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our team. The successful candidate will facilitate, support, and guide our dedicated SENCOs in providing high-quality learning and teaching for pupils with Special Educational Needs across our schools.


The successful applicant will have the ability to coordinate a team of experienced professionals. They will focus on developing strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of the needs and provisions specific to each school in our family. This understanding will underpin bespoke coaching and support ongoing developments both within each school and across the family. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the Family AFN budget and allocations to schools, as well as coordinating training in line with identified needs across the family.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to develop their leadership skills. The role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work both from school and home, allowing it to be shaped to suit both the role and the individual.
