The Role

Sutton Bonington Primary School are looking to recruit a site manager to oversee the upkeep of our friendly village primary school. It is an exciting time for our school as we are due to move into a brand-new purpose-built school building during the autumn term 2025. This is a great opportunity as the successful candidate will be a key part of setting up new systems and procedures for the effective running of our new building. Full training will be provided as part of the handover of the new building and ongoing support and development will be available through the Equals Trust site team network.

The role involves day to day maintenance, completing health and safety checks and some cleaning duties. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to work split shifts to assist with the opening and closing of the building at the start and end of each day. Working hours are negotiable upon appointment. As the role involves working with children, the successful candidate will be subject to the successful completion of background checks.

If you are interested in the role and feel that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to our school, please get in touch. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed - please email office@suttonbonington.notts.sch.uk or telephone 01509 672661. This is an exciting time for our school so we are keen to hear from you!

This is a part time position for 30 hours per week

Salary: £20,100 - £20,744 (FTE - £24,790 - £25,584)
